Oral presentations

 

For abstracts selected as oral presentations, the submitting author will receive an automatic response with the date and session title to which their abstract was allocated. If there are any specific instructions for the presentation, the submitting author will be contacted directly by the session chairperson. The duration of oral presentations are shown in the full programme.

Presentations must be submitted at the onsite Slide centre the day before the scheduled speech. You are welcome to use the congress template powerpoint slides.

 

Abstracts selected as oral presentations have been assigned a final oral ID (xxx-O) for publication purposes.

Poster presentations 

 

For abstracts selected as poster presentations, the submitting author will receive an automatic response. Posters assigned to the first section (High Altitude Medicine & Physiology) will be shown from Monday to Wednesday (26-28 May). Posters assigned to the second section (Mountain Emergency Medicine) will be shown from Friday to Saturday (30-31 May).

Abstracts selected as poster presentations have been assigned a final poster ID (xxx-P) for publication purposes and for placement in the poster area.

Viewing times

The poster area is open between 9:00 and 18:00 daily. Posters can remain for the entire duration of the section (see dates above). One author should be present at their poster between 12:30 and 14:00 during the poster viewing sessions shown below.

Set-up and removal

Posters for the first section can be set up between 8:00 and 11:00 on Monday (26 May) and must be removed by Wednesday (28 May).

Posters for the second section can be set up between 8:00 and 11:00 on Friday (30 May) and must be removed by Saturday (31 May).

The poster area will be numbered with the poster ID. All materials for hanging posters will be supplied onsite. Posters not removed by these dates will be discarded.
